PRISMA GLASS is a South Florida architectural glazing company with more than 300 completed projects, specializing in new-construction residences, condominium and home retrofits, glass railings, and premium ES Windows & ES Metals systems.
As an authorized ES Windows & ES Metals dealer, PRISMA focuses exclusively on the ES product family. That allows us to approach windows, doors, storefronts, railings, interiors and architectural aluminum as parts of one coordinated building envelope and design language.
Our work is project-focused: understanding the architectural intent, selecting the appropriate system, coordinating field conditions and carrying the scope through installation and closeout. We serve homeowners as well as architects, builders and general contractors.
Completed projects across South Florida.
Residential homes with project-specific glazing and architectural systems.
Replacement and upgrade projects in existing residences and condominium buildings.
Extensive experience with glass railing systems, particularly for single-family residential projects, including balconies, terraces, stairs and pool areas.
PRISMA performs substantial condominium retrofit work throughout South Florida, with significant experience in the Village of Key Biscayne and communities including The Ocean Club, Commodore Club and Key Colony.
Condominium projects require more than product selection. Familiarity with existing conditions, building requirements, access, coordination and occupied-property logistics helps us approach retrofit work with the project context already in mind.
Plans, elevations, openings, performance needs and architectural intent.
Coordinate the appropriate ES product, configuration, glass and finish.
Measure and review the conditions that affect ordering and installation.
Carry the glazing scope through installation and project completion.
Impact glazing is a performance requirement, but it is also one of the most visible parts of a building. PRISMA's approach is to protect the structure without losing the views, proportions and architectural character that define the project.
